One of the things I missed the most while we were at the cabin were our books. Today, while looking for one, I ran across two of my all time favorites.
are you familiar with this one? Written in the seventies, it's charming notebook style makes it easy to pick up, flip thru and be inspired, motivated or get unstuck.
It's a wonderful approach to being.
Long before there was "coaching" this book was in our library. The planning wall has helped me do everything from starting this blog to mothering Youngblood.
Lovely to see them again.
The Edge -- The point at which something is likely to begin. - The area or part away from the middle; an extremity - A provocative or discomforting quality. Where I speak my heart.

Go for it.
Exciting night. Youngblood's Psychobilly Band made it's premier tonight.
Film on the eleventh, stills tomorrow.
It's been a wonderful thing to watch. We've been hearing about this since November. To see him go for it has been inspiring. Then, at the end, cash in hand, proud happy boys, stepping a little closer to manhood, as rock stars.
Does it get any better?

Anniversary 2.
Have a Vision.
You know this war thing is really on my mind. I think what bothers me most, is that Mr. Prez doesn't have a clear idea of what success is. Not one he can articulate anyway.
What game are we playing? What does winning look like? Is there a win-win solution? (was there ever?)
Now I can't believe he doesn't have the answers to those questions. Maybe he didn't come up with them all by himself, but the answers (objectives, goals, end game) exist in the hearts and mind of the main players.
What I can believe is that if he were open and frank with his constituants (us), it wouldn't be pretty. We'd have to take a long hard look at ourselves, again. It's all a reflection of us.
